KUALA LUMPUR (Each day Pakistan On-line): A Malaysia Airways nationwide airliner (PIA) has been handed over to Pakistan.
Issues have been settled between the PIA and the leasing firm after which the case registered within the Malaysian courtroom was dismissed by mutual consent and the confiscated airplane was handed over to the nationwide airline.
A PIA spokesman confirmed the supply of the airplane to Pakistan and mentioned that the crew could be despatched to Malaysia at this time and the airplane could be introduced again to Pakistan within the subsequent two days. He mentioned the airplane could be re-operated as a passenger airplane.
It could be recalled that a couple of days in the past, a leasing firm had confiscated a PIA airplane on the airport within the Malaysian capital Kuala Lumpur over a dispute over the lease quantity. The seizure adopted a restraining order from a Malaysian courtroom.
Officers in Pakistan say the case is already pending in a British courtroom, so the Malaysian courtroom’s intervention was pointless.
