Samsung unveiled the Galaxy A71 earlier this year, and lately we’ve been hearing rumors that the phone might launch with 5G in select markets. According to the leaks, his younger brother Galaxy A51 is also receiving 5G treatment: a support page for a phone appeared in South Korea, codenamed SM-A516N.
The phone is likely to have an Exynos 980 chipset since a device with the same name has already appeared on Geekbench. Our expectations are that other specifications of the Galaxy A51 5G will remain the same as those of the basic Galaxy A51: up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, an L-shaped quad camera setup with 48MP main trigger, and some fast charge.
More details should come up in the following leaks, but having a support page means the phone is practically ready for launch, and Samsung is applying finishing touches before launch.
